Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically dispatched same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends are dispatched the following business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting our Track Order page. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@glowcharm.co.uk.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@glowcharm.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier.
GlowCharm is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing on international orders, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or carrier disruption.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at hello@glowcharm.co.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
