Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
- Products must be in their original condition and original packaging.
- Opened products are accepted for return under our satisfaction guarantee.
- Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Email us
Send an email to hello@glowcharm.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. - Receive your return label
We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 business hours. - Package and post
Pack your item securely and drop it at any Post Office or courier drop-off point. - Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Timeframes
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit to your account.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days. If you paid by credit or debit card, your bank may take up to 10 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@glowcharm.co.uk with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
